Today we went to Perwira residential to choose the student representative council..
We have  vote of 10 general candidates and 4 faculty candidates.

What is protocol??

Unwritten rules or guidelines that are peculiar to every culture or organization, and are supposed to be observed by all parties in the conduct of business, entertaining, negotiating, politics, etc.

They alway want we know the true mean of protocol..do they know..?
just want to show their egotism..
